We use industry-standard security certificates and software that encrypt all information transmitted to and from jpconstructionsupply.com to ensure your data remains safe. We also use PayPal as our secure payment partner, so we never have access to your credit card or method of payment.
Product warranties are covered by the respective manufacturer. Please see manufacturer’s web page for warranty specifics. The warranty process may require that the item be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. In most cases, warranty claims must be filed by the customer directly with the manufacturer.
Warranty is limited to repair or replacement. In no event shall JP Construction Supply or our manufacturers be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
Shipping is free on all online orders that are shipped ‘ground’ within the contiguous United States. Next Day or Second Day orders are available in the contiguous United States. We only ship to United States street addresses. Requests for Expedited Service will be added to the invoice.
We will fully refund the purchase price for any defective product within 14 days of delivery. Contact us for an RMA # at 800-410-1482 or email us to receive an RMA.
Undamaged and unused products may be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping charges and a 25% restocking apply. Contact us for an RMA # at 800-410-1482; upon receipt of the product a refund will be given.
Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by JP Construction Supply and shall be considered binding when processed.
